Please contact us with your Card Number and we will enable the 10% Senior Citizens Discount Store Wide on your registered Soap Creations Account.

Please note, that if you are purchasing and registering as a senior, then on your first order, we regret that we will not be able to apply the 10% discount until your information is confirmed with your seniors registration particulars. All your future orders following confirmation of your information, will then receive the 10% discount automatically. We will also add a Free bar to your second order as a thank you for your patience and understanding.

Payment methods we accept

We accept the following methods of payment;

Direct Deposit – once the order is completed, we will supply you with our Bank account number and BSB – you transfer the money – once the funds show up in our account, we dispatch your order.


PayPal – We direct you off to the secure PayPal servers, where you make payment to them using your PayPal account. (and they pass it onto us)


Credit Card – We direct you off to the secure PayPal servers, where you make payment to them using your Credit Card. (and they pass it onto us)


Money Order/Cheque – This option takes the longest period – We will email our postal details – once payment has cleared we will then dispatch your order.

Delivery details


Australia Post

Packages are generally dispatched within 3-5 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Australia Post. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. Shipping rates are calculated during checkout. If you have any queries about postage please contact us before your purchase.


International Delivery- we regret that we do not offer shipping outside of Australia at this stage.


I did not receive a confirmation email

Please contact us if you do not receive an acknowledgement email and we will make sure it is not a problem with our system. Acknowledgement emails are generated and sent automatically once an order has been successfully completed. You may need to check your mailbox as it may be treating our emails as spam or junk mail and you should check your spam or junk mail folders to make sure they have not gone directly to this location. You may also need to ensure that all of the details entered are correct, please pay particular attention to your payment card details, email address and delivery addresses.
